Absolutely not. Every DeskFit programme is designed to be done at home, at your desk, or in a small space — with zero equipment required. Some optional resistance bands are suggested for Elite members who want to progress further, but they're never mandatory. If you have a chair and a floor, you have everything you need.
Life happens — and DeskFit is built around that reality. All live sessions are recorded and added to your personal library within 2 hours, so you can catch up at any time. Your coach will also check in weekly and adjust your plan if you've had a busy stretch. Consistency over perfection is our philosophy: missing one session never derails your progress.
Yes — in fact, most of our members start with little to no exercise history. The free assessment at the start identifies your current fitness level, any injuries or limitations, and your goals. Your programme is then built from the ground up to match exactly where you are today, with gradual progressions that keep you challenged without overwhelming you. No prior fitness experience is needed whatsoever.
Our core programmes are built around 20-minute daily sessions — that's less time than most people spend scrolling social media before bed. We also include 2–3 minute "desk breaks" you can do between meetings to keep your body moving throughout the day. For Elite members who want faster results, optional 30–40 minute sessions are available, but the 20-minute commitment is all you need to see meaningful change.
